"It's a very comfortable pillow, however there is not much give or elasticity to the gaps for fitting a hand/arm through, which means my slightly larger than average arm can only fit through up to the wrist. It is still comfortable to wear and rest on like that, but it's not quite as comfortable as it would be to have it in the crook of the elbow as the pictures show. The hand hole is perfectly positioned to allow my fingers and thumbs to align with the design, and the other two holes are sized well for fitting a thumb through, or resting your nose/chin in, but they aren't quite large enough to rest an ear on when resting the head sideways."
