"As soon as I took the pillow out of the box, I knew it was not for me. I contacted customer service to return the pillow, and am still waiting for “further instructions”. It’s been almost two weeks since I received an email stating the return process has started and Ostrich pillow would send further instructions, but no further instructions have been sent."
