Heatbag is made with a liquid clay core and soft, durable materials designed for long-lasting hot and cold therapy.

Materials include:

- Filling: natural clay, glycerin, water

- Front Cover: 96% viscose, 4% elastane

- Back Cover: 90% viscose, 10% elastane

- Inner Fabric: 100% cotton, recycled foam

- Clay Bag: 100% nylon taffeta

Heatbag is designed for both hot and cold therapy, as well as everyday comfort and relaxation.

For best results:

- Use Heatbag while wrapped in its cover

- Hug or squeeze it gently to increase contact with the body

- Use the cushioned side for softer, more gradual warmth

- Use the thinner side for more concentrated heat or cold

To heat Heatbag:

- Remove the clay bag from the cover

- Place the clay bag in the microwave- Heat at 1000W for 35 seconds

- Ensure any additional microwave functions are turned off

- Return the clay bag to the cover before use

Always heat Heatbag from room temperature. Never heat it while frozen, and never place the cover in the microwave because it contains a metal zipper.

To use Heatbag cold, place the clay bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

Before use, check that the temperature feels comfortable and always place the clay bag back inside the cover.

- Air dry after washing

To clean the clay bag:

- Wipe gently with a damp cloth or sponge

- Allow it to dry completely before storing
