How do I heat Heatbag?To heat Heatbag:
- Remove the clay bag from the cover
- Place the clay bag in the microwave- Heat at 1000W for 35 seconds
- Ensure any additional microwave functions are turned off
- Return the clay bag to the cover before use
Always heat Heatbag from room temperature. Never heat it while frozen, and never place the cover in the microwave because it contains a metal zipper.
How do I freeze Heatbag?To use Heatbag cold, place the clay bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
Before use, check that the temperature feels comfortable and always place the clay bag back inside the cover.

The edges of the heat bag get quite warm but the middle part doesn’t; I have tried increasing the heat in 10 second increments in the microwave, as suggested in the instructions, but it doesn’t seem to make much difference."
