They simply dry in the air.

These Bamboo Compression Socks are made of a flexible material composition that prevents them from shrinking. Please follow the washing instructions to avoid damaging the socks.

Candle

To take care of your Candle, we recommend that you trim the wick. The longer it is, the bigger the flame, which will make the wax melt faster. Discard the Candle when 1/4 inch - 0.6cm of wax remains.

When blowing out the Candle, a short, directed burst of air to the wick is usually sufficient. Never blow out with water. Do not move the Candle until the wax has cooled and set. Please check the temperature of the jar, as it may be hot to the touch.

Soot is natural. If your Candle is releasing soot, we invite you to trim the wick of the candle properly (we recommend 1/8" - 0.3cm), do not overheat the Candle for more than 3-4 hours and do it in a ventilated place.

Please never use the Candle for more than 4-5 hours at a time, otherwise the jar may overheat and possible cracking may occur.

Each Candle includes care and lighting instructions. Please be careful and pay attention to the following guidelines:
  • Always light your Candle in a well-ventilated place and on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Never leave a burning Candle unattended or near anything that could burn.
  • Never burn a Candle on or near anything that can catch fire
  • Use it only out of the reach of small children and pets.
  • Never blow out the Candle with water.
  • Make sure the Candle is fully extinguished before leaving the room.

Heatbag

Hot effect. Place the clay bag in the microwave and heat it to maximum power (check your microwave specifications): 800W for 60 seconds, or 1000W for 55 seconds. Always heat it while it is at room temperature, never from frozen. Make sure that any additional microwave features are turned off.

  • Note: that the time indicated is always a recommendation. If you prefer to heat it for longer, do so in short intervals until it reaches the desired temperature. The heat release will be long and the intention of the product is not a quick heat boost, but a natural warm feeling. We recommend noting the time the clay bag is placed in the microwave for future use.
  • Note: Never insert the cover into the microwave, as it contains a metal zipper. Always heat from room temperature, never frozen.

Cold effect. Leave the clay bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Check if the temperature is adequate.

You can use it as long as you wish, but we highly recommend to use it for a period of 90 minutes at a time, allowing your skin temperature to go back to normal before using it again. You can use it several times a day.

Before using Heatbag, carefully examine the inner core before each use. Please discard the pad if the core shows any signs of deterioration, damage or leakage. Make sure that you always use the pad with the cover properly fitted and the zipper closed to avoid any skin burns.

Only the detachable cover is machine washable (30 °C - as shown on the label), and should be air dried. The clay bag can be hand washed with a damp cloth or sponge.
